Sadly, we don't have access to Apple's subscription environment or billing details to cancel or refund purchases. We are sorry about this inconvenience (it is done to ensure the privacy and safety of your billing details). 😣 

Apple have their own system for billing and payment information and deal with refund requests or incorrect payments for subscriptions completely separate from us. You can visit their customer service site or call their support team by visiting this website. 🙏
