I set up notifications but I’m not receiving any, how can I fix this? 🛠

Not receiving notifications? 🤔  You should check reminder settings in the MindLabs app and your phone’s Settings app by following the steps below. ⬇️ After checking these if you still need help, please raise a ticket, start a live chat, or email us at support@weareminlabs.com and an agent will be in touch shortly. 💬 

Make sure daily reminders are turned on in the MindLabs app:

  1. Click on the Profile tab at the bottom right of the screen and then navigate to Settings.
  2. Navigate to Reminders and make sure that the Daily reminder toggle is switch on. You can adjust the time you would like your daily reminder to notify you and then click Done at the bottom of the page. 


Make sure MindLabs notifications are turned on in your Settings App:

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone and scroll down to Notifications
  2. Tap on MindLabs and turn on the toggle for notifications.
