I see “No data” when I tap "View More" of the sleep insights, why is that? 🤔

If you see a "No data" label on one of your sleep insights it means the MindLabs app doesn’t have access to that data from Apple Health.

If you have a wearable device, make sure you have given MindLabs permission to read your sleep and heart rate data by going to your phone’s Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > MindLabs > Turn On All.

If you were able to see data before but it is no longer appearing, please contact us directly by raising a ticket, starting a live chat or emailing support@wearemindlabs.com.
